We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Product shipping costs to warehouses are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is damaged or does not match the description.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@misscleens.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
